These Terms and Conditions govern your use of az8 and all services provided through az8.cam. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
These six principles underpin the way az8 operates and how we relate to every player on our platform.
az8 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. All registrations are subject to identity verification. Accounts found to be operated by underage individuals will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned.
All games on az8 use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Outcomes are certified random. az8 does not manipulate results, and no player receives preferential treatment in game outcomes under any circumstances.
All promotions, bonuses, and free bets are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements, expiry windows, and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are displayed in full before any bonus is claimed. No hidden conditions apply.
Player funds are held in accounts entirely separate from az8's operational capital. This structural separation ensures that player balances are protected regardless of the company's financial circumstances at any given time.
Every az8 account includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available immediately upon request without waiting periods. Player wellbeing is a primary obligation.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and az8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at az8.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the az8 platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sports betting services, slot games, promotional programmes, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of az8 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as published.

Registration and participation on az8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the az8 platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. az8 will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of Players, and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering. az8 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on az8 at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not under any legal incapacity or restriction that would prevent you from agreeing to these Terms.
To use az8's services, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
az8 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
az8 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence reviews may take longer. Withdrawals will be processed only after KYC verification is successfully completed. az8 reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account functionality pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. az8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify az8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
az8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods and cryptocurrency networks:
Available payment methods are subject to change. The methods displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of transaction are the currently operative options.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Individual payment methods may have their own minimum and maximum limits as indicated on the deposit page. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of approximately USD 10. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by az8, though payment providers may apply their own caps.
Deposits via DuitNow, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and most online banking methods are credited to your Account instantly or within minutes. FPX bank transfers typically take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after network confirmation (typically 5–20 minutes for BTC; near-instant for USDT TRC-20).
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for standard Accounts during normal operating hours. Gold VIP Account holders benefit from priority processing. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to release.
az8 reserves the right to verify that the Player has genuinely used their deposited funds for gaming activity before processing a withdrawal. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful gameplay constitutes a breach of these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. A maximum single withdrawal limit may apply depending on your Account tier.
You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. You must not use stolen credit or debit cards, misappropriated funds, or funds obtained through illegal means. az8 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in the event of suspected fraud.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional credits offered by az8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. The wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity window, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is RM50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless a higher limit is explicitly specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.
Different game types contribute different percentages towards meeting a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates per game are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Live sports betting contributions vary by market.
az8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating bets with other players to exploit promotions, or using low-risk mathematical strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal actual risk.
Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible Accounts on the Player's registered date of birth, subject to Account verification and the Player's current VIP tier (Bronze: MYR 188; Silver: MYR 388; Gold: MYR 888; VIP: MYR 2,688). Standard wagering requirements apply. The birthday bonus will not be credited if the Account is under review or restricted at the time of the Player's birthday.
Players who refer new players to az8 earn MYR 38 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred person to successfully register a new Account, complete KYC verification, and make a minimum first deposit of RM50. The referring Player and the new Player both receive the referral bonus. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying condition being met and are subject to standard wagering requirements.
A bet is accepted and binding on both parties only when az8 has confirmed acceptance and the bet appears as confirmed in your Account betting history. Any technical fault or communication interruption that prevents confirmation means the bet has not been placed. In such cases, the stake will not be deducted from your Account.
All sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds recorded at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. Results are determined by official sources for the relevant sport or event. For football events — including EPL, La Liga, and Liga Super Malaysia matches — the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes) shall be determinative unless the market specifically states otherwise.
az8 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, events cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, force majeure events, or where az8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised. Voided bets are settled at the original stake (no win, no loss).
Single-event winnings are subject to a maximum payout limit per Player per day, the details of which are displayed in the platform's sports betting terms. This limit applies across all sports and bet types. Mix Parlay payouts are subject to the same daily maximum.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on az8 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

az8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time without prior notice where az8 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct contrary to these Terms or applicable law. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals.
az8 may permanently close an Account following investigation where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of proven fraud, the balance in the Account — including both deposited funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity — may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where the forfeiture relates only to fraudulently obtained winnings, legitimate deposited funds will be returned following investigation.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting az8 customer support. If a Player wishes to close their Account as a responsible gambling measure (self-exclusion), this will be processed immediately. Non-responsible-gambling Account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to pending wagering requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, az8's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
az8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm, regardless of whether az8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
az8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While az8 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
All content on the az8 platform — including but not limited to the az8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on az8 content without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
az8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory obligation — may be made without advance notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of az8 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which az8 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the az8 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through az8's customer support and dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent authority or regulator specified under az8's operating licence. Any formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
